Estimated delivery times are calculated after your order has been processed and handed over to the courier. For shipments outside the EU, customs processing may add additional business days.
Batteries cannot be shipped via DHL Global Mail, which is handled by Deutsche Post (local postal service).
Due to recent changes in US customs procedures, DHL Global Mail shipments to the USA are currently unavailable. Alternative shipping options are being evaluated.
Import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. The exact amount depends on the destination country, customs classification, declared value, and local import regulations.
**EU shipping update:** Due to new EU packaging regulations (PPWR) taking effect on 12 August 2026, EU shipping is temporarily unavailable while I work through the new requirements. Shipping to Greece and selected non-EU countries remains available.
