Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed daily
- Orders are usually handed over to the courier within 1 business day
- Once the courier has picked up the order, it cannot be canceled
Shipping Methods
- Multiple shipping options are offered during checkout
- DHL Express is the only option if the product contains dangerous goods (i.e. batteries)
- DHL Global Mail packages are handled by Deutsche Post
- At the destination country, it will usually be handled by your local post office

Estimated delivery times are calculated after your order has been processed and handed over to the courier. For shipments outside the EU, customs processing may add additional business days.
Batteries cannot be shipped via DHL Global Mail, which is handled by Deutsche Post (local postal service).
Due to recent changes in US customs procedures, DHL Global Mail shipments to the USA are currently unavailable. Alternative shipping options are being evaluated.
Import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. The exact amount depends on the destination country, customs classification, declared value, and local import regulations.
**EU shipping update:** Due to new EU packaging regulations (PPWR) taking effect on 12 August 2026, EU shipping is temporarily unavailable while I work through the new requirements. Shipping to Greece and selected non-EU countries remains available.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Online tracking delivery confirmation from the carrier is considered proof of delivery
- If you did not receive your package, we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- You expressly accept the carrier’s approval or disapproval of a claim as final and binding
- We are not responsible for package theft after delivery—it is your responsibility to have a secure location for package drop-off
